Potent Potables
Opera (because there's always that one category where you go, "ah, crap"...even when picking for yourself, I guess!)

My picks felt pretty narrow too - god, is all I know pop culture trivia? Books, tv, music, movies, repeat? Sheesh.

I had difficulty narrowing it to seven, because there is also the general:

* Stuff you didn't know and didn't know you wanted to know, until Michelle told you
* Good Movies

to the specific:

* The X-files
* Bus routes in Ontario

Plus seven is cheating because Jeopardy only has six categories! <grin> Maybe one was your Final Jeopardy category that you're guaranteed to get?
