I got 19/20 on this short quiz with a couple lucky guesses but missing one tricky question about the stock market (you'll know it when you see it.)

Of course, I'm a US news junkie too so would've been disappointed if I'd done much worse than that.

I only got 7/12 questions. Haven't been watching the news lately (I read it online, but that makes me more selective in stories I choose to read).
So yeah, totally failed most of those government questions, though no problem with the stock market one!
I grew up with american news so I'm kind of sick of it now.

Oops, I failed the quiz anyhow - not sure why I thought it was /20 - I think I'd just done some other online quiz that had twenty questions around the time I posted this. So yeah, 11/12 was my actual score. And I maintain that the Dow Jones question was a trick one as that number's been swinging pretty wildly lately!
